• • Rewards, points, and commissions are governed by Korean Story’s internal policies.

• • Points and rewards may be adjusted, revoked, or corrected in cases of error, misuse, or policy violations.
• • All decisions made by Korean Story regarding rewards are final and binding.

4. Cancellation, Refunds & Adjustments

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• • All paid orders are final and cannot be cancelled once payment has been confirmed.
• • All refund requests are subject to verification, review, and approval by Korean Story. If approved, refunds will be issued either as Wallet Credit or Points Balance, depending on the original payment method used.
• • Refunds will not be issued in cash.

Korean Story Points Conditions:

• • Non-convertible to cash
• • Non-transferable
• • Can only be used within Korean Story
• • Subject to approval and internal evaluation

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
